4th Annual ROXY Awards

The ROXY Awards are always our favorite time of year. We get our staff and agents together, dress to the nines, and have a great night celebrating wins from the year before.

This year, we celebrated our 4th Annual ROXY Awards at Townhouse Detroit. We had cocktail hour entertainment by Midtown Strings, a Photo Booth by Anthony Samona Quik Pix with fun accessories, amazing food, custom branded cocktails, and a great DJ that kept the good vibes going until the end of the night (shoutout DJ Prevu). This annual celebration recognizes our agents and staff for their hard work throughout the year, celebrates wins, and is a chance for everyone to come together.

While everyone walked away that evening as a winner, we want to recognize our annual winners for 2021:

Rookie of the Year💥: Awarded to the agent who exceeded all expectations their first year in real estate. Congratulations, Deanna Pirrie!

The BOOM! Award 💣: Awarded to the agent who had the biggest one-year boom in sales growth. Congratulations, Vic Simjanoski!

Hustle & Grind 💯: Awarded to the agent who put together the most deals in one year. Congratulations, Mark Kattula!

GCI Champion (Individual) 💵: Awarded to the agent with the top gross commission for the year. Congratulations to Back-to-Back winner Rebecca Sokol!

GCI Champion (Team)💰: Awarded to the team with the top gross commission for the year. Congratulations, Lisa Lipari, Marisa Thomas, and Jen McNairnie of the Lipari Thomas Team!

Rox Star Award🌟: This peer-nominated award is given to the staff member who encompasses all of our core values in their business and everyday life. Congratulations, Reina Snively! Reina also works very hard each year to plan and execute our ROXY Awards!

DOBI’s Choice 🙌: This award is a peer-nominated award and is given to the agent who encompasses all of our core values in their business and everyday life. Congratulations, Mark Kattula!

We also introduced a new award this year to acknowledge all of the agents who doubled their business from 2020 to 2021: The 100 Percenter Award. 💯 This year’s recipients are Abby Center, Stu Daly, Ryan French, Patrick Jarjis, Karin Nihls, Alexandra Lannen, Gwen LeVeque, Kristen Patterson, Lauren Rahaim, Heather Ruhana, Angela Snedeker, and Jessica Stencel!
