Top Dog is a reference between our CEO, Simon Thomas, and his previous mentor. After the closing of Simon’s first real estate transaction, the statue was pulled from the sold (abandoned) property and “awarded” to him. Taped to the side was a message, “Employee of the Month.” For the sake of tradition, Top Dog, is officially awarded on a monthly basis to the agent with the highest sales volume.
