August Brokerage Awards

It’s time to celebrate our brokerage award winners for the month of August! This is always our favorite time of the month, where we can come together as a team and celebrate our wins, discuss company updates and catch up with each other. This month we got a sneak peek at what our new renovated space will look like. 😍

Power and perseverance…we have a first time Grit Award winner this month going to Ann Michael! Ann had 4 units closed this month and has been absolutely crushing it to reach her goals and grow her business. 

Our Big Wave winner was awarded to Jordan Goodman this month! Jordan’s been nominated for his positivity around the office, and his dedication to his business and clients. He has been here in the office, working hard and it does not go unnoticed!

Best in Class is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values, peer-nominated by fellow agents and staff. This month our winner is  Ben Luckett! Ben was praised for his great work managing the marketing team and coming up with new creative approaches to our content. 

Nominated by our managing broker, Chris LeBlanc, the Broker’s Choice award is given to the agent who has gone above and beyond that month. This month Deanna Pirrie has claimed that recognition! Deanna is a newer agent, and has only been in the business for less than a year. She’s doing everything right and has closed 11 units to date this year already- 3 in the last month! 

Top Dog winner this month for the highest sales volume goes to … The VS Group! Vic and his team have been crushing their goals and ready to take on the rest of the year! 

Culture callouts included Linda Abraham, Jaimie Seitz, and George Thomas for their helpfulness with other agents, hard work, and dedication to their clients.. DOBI staff culture callouts went to Allison Ferris, Chris LeBlanc, and Jasmine Goryoka, for positive attitudes and always helping agents around the office.
