BOSS UP. It’s one of our core values here at DOBI and is foundational to your success as an agent (or anyone, really!). When you boss up, you are in charge of your own success and you can accomplish whatever you are determined to do – no matter the circumstances.

Vic believes in having an ownership mentality and helping others. As he puts it, “At DOBI, we are all in it together while operating our own individual businesses.”

He is the definition of knowing how to “boss up” and shows us how he lives out this core value in his everyday life. Having learned the business himself when he first started, Vic is always willing to help other agents out and offer his mentorship. This kind of culture is what keeps Vic excited about coming to DOBI every day, and showing up for his team, clients and himself.
