Client Testimonials

"Debbie is honest, respectful, and kind - even when others are not towards her. She is of the highest character and capability. She treats you like family and has amazing passion for the business and her clients."

"Debbie is an excellent realtor and answers any question you might have in regard to selling your home. She is very prompt in returning your phone calls or emails and puts her client first. We were very impressed with her and would recommend her to anyone that is thinking of buying or selling a home."

"We had the pleasure of working with Debbie Nelson to sell two different homes. Debbie is extremely savvy, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. She is always focused on her customer's needs. She is extremely diligent and relentless in supporting you in selling your home and is always open to your feedback. If you are looking for someone to represent you well, someone who is always on top of her game, and always miles ahead in the real estate world, then Debbie is exactly who you need! I would highly recommend Debbie and her team whether you are planning to buy or sell your home."

"Debbie is a consummate professional and an expert in her industry. I purchased a home she had listed and did not have her as my agent; however, I interacted with her on many occasions and would use her to list my home should I need a realtor in the future. She not only understands the market, but she also is a firm negotiator and takes the time to understand buyers' requirements."

"I’ve used Debbie Nelson multiple times and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She is a straight shooter but in a loving and respectful manner. She listens to your priorities, finds multiple options, sets realistic expectations, and holds you accountable to those priorities. This is important, as home buying can be an emotional process, and her “keeping you honest” helps ensure you are thinking clearly before making a decision."

"Debbie has sold three homes for us and we have purchased four homes with Debbie, in three different counties. She is always in tune with the market and homes in the different areas. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to working for you. Debbie is always aware of current market trends, offers suggestions to get your home ready to be listed, and is very honest and upfront. She worked hard to market our home and bring potential buyers through"

"This home was truly granted to us because of the hard work and dedication of Debbie Nelson. Her responsiveness and order of business are like no other. She's assertive where she needs to be and her years of knowledge back her skills of achievements. Frankly, her passion says it all. What a strong magnificent woman! We are so very thankful she was referred to us and we will continue to use her in all real estate avenues."
