December Brokerage Award Winners

We are kicking off 2022 with our first brokerage meeting of the year! We celebrated accomplishments of last year, and set goals for the coming year ahead. We are excited to see what this year has in store. Thank you to all of our agents for your hard work year-round, we hit our goal of over $400 Million in sales last year, which is a huge feat. 

This month, our Grit award winner goes to Sharon Khousakoun. Sharon closed out December with 5 units closed. That’s a huge accomplishment, especially considering the time of year. Keep crushing it, Sharon! 

Our Big Wave winner was awarded to Marian Grout! Marian has only been at DOBI a few months and has had a huge impact here. Everyone can’t help but love her infectious energy and personality. We can’t wait to see you do big things this year.

Best in Class is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values, peer-nominated by fellow agents and staff. Allison Ferris has claimed that award this month, providing excellent and FAST service to our agents to keep their businesses running smoothly. Go Allison! 

Nominated by our managing broker, Chris LeBlanc, the Broker’s Choice award is given to the agent who has gone above and beyond that month. This month, our winner goes to Rebecca Sokol. She’s one of our top producers here at DOBI, and her hustle year-round doesn’t go unnoticed. She produced $3 Million with 4 units closed in December alone. 

Top Dog winner this month for the highest sales volume goes to The Rahaim Group. They know what it means to hustle and serve their clients with excellence. In December, they closed 8 units at $5.6 Million. Wow, what a way to end the year on a high note!

Culture callouts this month were given to Brooke Azimi, Mark Kattula, and Joanna Rojas for their positivity and hustle last month. Staff culture callouts included Jojo Sandercock, Olivia Bevacqua, and Nick Moons for all their help with our agents and bringing the good vibes to the office.
