February Brokerage Award Winners Celebrating Last Months Winners (& The ROXY's Tonight) March 3, 2022 By We’re getting our team ready for the 4th Annual ROXY Awards tonight, and our March brokerage meeting was a great way to kick off the festivities. Our Big Wave winner is peer-nominated by agents and staff. This month the award was given to one of our newer agents, Scott Dobbs! Scott’s positivity, helpfulness, and kind spirit fit right in here with our DOBI culture. Congrats Scott! Best in Class is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values, peer-nominated by fellow agents and staff. This month, our Director of Operations, Reina Snively, was nominated! Reina has been working super hard on our new space buildout, planning our ROXY Awards event tonight, and keeping DOBI running smoothly for all! Thanks for all you do, Reina! Our Broker’s Choice award is given to the agent who has gone above and beyond that month, nominated by our Broker Chris LeBlanc. This month, our winner goes Nick Seman! Nick has been working super hard to take his business to the next level lately and it’s showing! Keep it up! The Grit Award winner is given to the individual with the most units sold for the month. This month, our winner is Tracy Woodrum. Tracy finished February strong with 5 units strong. This month she’s celebrating her 2 year anniversary and the 100th episode of her ‘Tea with Tracy’ Instagram series, where she spills relevant tips, trends and talks all things real estate with industry experts each week. Top Dog winner this month for the highest sales volume goes to Saverio Montalto. Saverio’s drive never ceases to amaze us. He finished out February with 3 units just over $2 million. Keep up the great work! Culture callouts this month for our agents this month were given to Wenessa Bonin, Scott Pulus, and Vic Simjanoski! They are always bringing positivity to our office and helping fellow agents. Our staff culture callouts were given to Olivia Bevacqua, Lauren Gallick, and Chris LeBlanc for all their hard work helping our agents, and creating killer content!
