February Brokerage Award Winners

We are excited to kick off the month with the latest award winners from our brokerage meeting. We meet monthly as a brokerage as a chance to come together and celebrate the wins of our agents and staff. We’ve recently added our ‘Broker’s Choice’ and ‘Grit’ award to recognize even more agents for their hard work and dedication. To learn more about our awards, head here. 

The Top Dog award this month was awarded to The VS Group. They have leveled up in our agent rankings and have put in the hard work, hustle, and grind all month long and it shows! Stay tuned this month as we go Live on Instagram with them (@thevsgroup) with our Broker, Chris LeBlanc, on our ‘Confessions Of’ series, to hear more about their win! 👊🏼 

The Big Wave award is a peer-nominated award given to the agent who has been recognized for representing our core values that month. Leann Allan was nominated for the month of February as she has been killing her social media, marketing and recently hit some major milestones. Her real estate YouTube channel has over 11k subscribers in less than a year, her Instagram just passed 11k, and as of this week, she’s gone from 6 followers to over 13k followers on TikTok. 🔥 All of her content focuses on teaching, making home buying and selling fun, and encouraging people that real estate is for everyone. Those are some incredible milestones- congratulations Leann on your successes! 

The Best in Class award shines a spotlight on the DOBI staff member who has been recognized by both agents and staff for representing our core values. Reina was nominated for her helpfulness in the office across the board. Reina is our Director of Operations and has leaned in to support our agents with their commission, marketing support, and of course designing our new Spring merch line! Keep your eyes peeled for that coming soon…👀 Congratulations, Reina!

The second-ever winner of our newest award, the Grit award, is Scott Pulus. This award is given to the individual agent who has shown the most grit + hustle over the past month and has closed the most units that month. You will always see Scott with a smile and a willingness to help other agents out. He is truly a team player- Keep it up, Scott.

Last but certainly not least, we have our Broker’s Choice award. Our managing broker, Chris LeBlanc, nominates the agent who has done above and beyond that month. The winner this month goes to Angela Munaco! Angela has been grinding with 3 sales closed this month and 5 more that are pending! What a great start to the year!!
