January Brokerage Award Winners

Our first brokerage winners of 2021! As we head into a new year and a new month, we are excited to announce a new monthly award. Drumroll please… now introducing the ‘Grit Award’, given to the individual agent who has sold the most units in one month. We are thrilled to be able to continue to recognize our agents and staff here at DOBI who continue to push the envelope and crush their goals.  

Congratulations to George Thomas (or Uncle George, as we call him!) for taking home our first- ever ‘Grit’ Award. The Grit Award is given to the individual who has closed the most units during the month. George has hustled all month long and shows us what it means to Boss Up every day. 🥇 Congratulations, George! What a great start to 2021!

Our first Top Dog winner of the year goes to…. The Nelson Team! Ryan and Debbie continue to hustle and show up every  day dedicated to their business and clients. Fun fact: they were named Top Dog 6 times last year. 🤯  Want to know how they do it? The Big Wave winner this  month was awarded to Natalie Lupo! Natalie was nominated for her willingness to help fellow agents and staff, especially with any appraisal questions. She is always knowledgeable and kind, so it’s no surprise she snagged this award! Go Natalie! 

Our first Best in Class winner of the year goes to DOBI Marketing Team member, Chapin White!  Chapin is incredibly hard working and has been recognized for his hard work on all of our video content we are constantly producing. He is always thinking of new and creative ideas for video content. Chapin was also nominated for his constant positive attitude around the office, and for taking amazing photos for the HOUR Detroit photoshoot while helping the ladies of DOBI feel their most confident self! 

And last but not least, our Broker’s Choice this month, nominated by our managing broker Chris LeBlanc, goes to Mark Kattula. Mark was selected as the winner for Broker’s Choice for starting the year quickly and strong. Mark has several deals pending and is on pace to outperform his goals this year already. Congratulations to Mark for staying committed and growing his business. 👊🏼
