July Brokerage Award Winners

Celebrating Top TEN in Realcomp

Happy AUGUST! This month we celebrated an awesome month of July, ranking #9 in Realcomp! Plus, our new expansion to our Birmingham office, is now completed and ready for use! Congratulations and thank you to everyone for your hard work this month.

Jon Aucott, from Superior National Bank, shared that since the Fed raised rates last week, interest rates actually went down due to the economy slowing down. It’s hard to gauge but overall it seems like rates are starting to level out. However, if you are looking for investment properties or a second home, you will be looking at an additional 2-3 points of origination fees, making it more expensive to own a second home.

DOBI CEO, Simon Thomas, shared a valuable message about embracing change. Its the best time to be able to grow and evolve. As of this month we will be in our fourth year of business, and have put processes in place that have shaped the way other brokerages in the area do business. DOBI’s focus on our agent experience, marketing, and training have set us a step ahead in the industry. Bottom line- we care.

Our Big Wave winner is peer-nominated by agents and staff. This month the award was given to agent, Craig Joeright. Craig truly represents our Core Value ‘Come Together’ and hosted a DOBI Boat Day and brought the team together. On top of that, he’s always helping other agents around the office. We love having you a part of our team, Craig!

Best in Class is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values, peer-nominated by fellow agents and staff. This month our winner goes to our Content Manager, Dustin McLaughlin. Dustin has been doing an excellent job managing our marketing team as well as bringing new, creative ideas to the table. 

Our Broker’s Choice award is nominated by our Broker Chris LeBlanc. The winner for the month of July goes to agent, John Lionas! John lives out our core values daily and has been hustling this last month, but always with a smile 

Our Grit Award winner, given to the agent who’s gone above and beyond this month goes to Lindsay Lawrie! Lindsay closed 7 units last month. Congratulations Lindsay on your accomplishment!

We have a back-to-back winner for our Top Dog this month, going to The Rahaim Group! Last month they closed 8 units closed at nearly $5 million. Incredible- keep it up team!!

Our Top Dog winner for the individual with the highest sales volume goes to Rebecca Sokol who closed 5 units at just over $9 million. Rebecca is constantly hustling and is incredibly dedicated to her clients.
