July Brokerage Awards

It’s time to celebrate our brokerage award winners for July! We gave out more than just our brokerage awards this month, as we held our first-ever ‘DOBI Olympics’ after our brokerage meeting, to see who the fastest in the office was. Head to our social channels to see more on that. 

We have a back-to-back Grit Award winner this month going to Brooke Azimi! She’s been non-stop this month and closed 7 units. Between June and July she closed 14 units + $4.4M in 53 days! Now that is what we call G R I T.  👊

Our Big Wave winner was awarded to Craig Joeright this month! Craig’s been noted for his positive attitude in the office, dedication to his clients and overall work ethic. He’s also grown his team, and added two new team members. 

Best in Class is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values, peer-nominated by fellow agents and staff. This month our winner is Lauren Gallick! Lauren has been our intern the last two summers and is now on our staff full time after graduating from the University of South Dakota. She is always rolling around on her skates, capturing content around the office, helping with photoshoots, editing,  and always bringing a positive attitude. Go Lauren! 

Broker’s Choice this month goes to Tammy Jonna! Tammy closed 4 units in the month of July, and we’ve seen her non-stop hustle. Our broker, Chris LeBlanc, nominates the agent he feels has gone above and beyond that month. Stay tuned on our social media this month when Chris will interview Tammy on our ‘Brokers Choice’ IGTV series!

Top Dog winner this month is a back-to-back win for the Lipari Thomas Team (Lisa Lipari, Marisa Thomas, Jen Mcnairnie). The Top Dog award goes to the agent with the highest sales volume for the month. We’ve seen this team step up and crush their goals, even in this crazy market! 

Culture callouts included Jordan Goodman, Alexandra Lannen and Vic Simjanoski for their hard work and dedication to their clients- always hustling in and out of the office. DOBI staff culture callouts went to Olivia Bevacqua, Cheryl Henderson, and Jasmine Goryoka, for their help with our agents and overall friendliness around the office.
