March Brokerage Award Winners

We are excited to kick off the month with the latest award winners from our brokerage meeting. We meet monthly as a brokerage as a chance to come together and celebrate the wins of our agents and staff.

This month, we have the Top Dog win going to …The Rahaim Group (Doug Rahaim, Lauren Rahaim, Tom Holzer, Jean Himle Williams)! The Top Dog award is awarded to the agent with the highest sales volume for the month. Be sure to tune in this month on IG Live, when we catch up with the team to hear more about their win! 

The Grit award, given to the agent with the highest number of units closed for the month, goes to Craig Joeright with 7 units closed in March. Craig is always hustling and has gone above and beyond servicing his clients. Way to boss up, Crag! 

Our Big Wave winner this month goes to Brooke Azimi! Brooke was recognized by fellow agents and staff for her dedication, passion, collaborative attitude and non-stop hard work. She is always in the office working her butt off. The Big Wave award is peer nominated by fellow and agents and staff on best representing our core values for the month. Well deserved, Brooke!. 

Our Best  in Class award, given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values was given to Allison Ferris. Allison had a ton of votes all recognizing her hard work around the office, genuine positive attitude, and how much she cares for people. You will always see her with  a smile on her face, helping our agents and staff. She is a real gem. 

And  last but not least, our Broker’s Choice award, nominated by managing broker Chris LeBlanc. This award is chosen by our broker and celebrates someone who has made a difference and done extraordinary work over the month. The VS Group (Vic Simjanoski, Ursula Mullen, Jaimie Seitz) has taken home this award with 10 units closed and $10,896,000 in sales volume this MONTH. Keep up the hard work and continue to level up your business!

In addition to our monthly brokerage award winners, we also have culture callouts where we recognize both agents and staff who have been called out by their peers for representing our culture and core values. Cathy Odish, Deanna Pirrie and Nicholas Seman were reconized for their positive attitude, hard work and helping out other agents. Additionally, Chris LeBlanc, Ben Luckett and Olivia Bevacqua were called out for all of their hard work supporting our agents and for Ben doing a great job taking on a new role as Creative Director!
