May Brokerage Award Winners

As we enter into a new month, it is time to celebrate our brokerage award winners for May! May was a big month for us as we have also cracked the top 10 brokerage in the MLS this month. Let’s go DOBI! 🔥🔥

Hustle. Strength. Determination. The Grit Award winner embodies all of these qualities and this month our Grit Award winner goes to…Mark Kattula. This award goes to the individual agent who has closed the highest number of units this month! Keep it up, Mark! 👊 

Our Big Wave winner was awarded to Abby Center this month! She was nominated for always being so quick to jump in and help other agents with showings, her commitment to the business, and overall hard work and dedication. She was also just featured on our social media giving the weekly market update. You can check it out here. 🤩📱

Best in Class this month goes to our Graphic Design Coordinator, Olivia Bevacqua. She was praised for her hard work, design talents, and overall helpfulness to all staff members and agents! She has been working so hard and keeping organized and brings a positive attitude to DOBI every day. Olivia also helped one of our agent’s design two documents that will show their clients an extra level of service and set them up for success. 🙌🏼

Brokers Choice this month goes to Alexandra Lannen. Our broker, Chris LeBlanc, nominates the agent he feels has done above and beyond that month.  Alex has closed 9 units, year to date since she’s started. Prior to DOBI, she was practicing law and working in real estate part time. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in  store for her!

We have a back-to-back Top Dog winner this month going to… The VS Group! 🏆 Vic Simjanoski hit $5 M in  sales in May, and isn’t slowing down! Congratulations!! The Top Dog award goes to the agent with the highest sales volume for the month.

Our culture callouts went to Mark Kattula for his positive energy, Andreea Moldovan for her hard work in the office, and Angela Munaco, who has been hustling and closing deals this month! Nick Moons was also nominated for always bringing the good vibes to the office, Jasmine Goroyka for her hard work (& getting our agents paid quickly and on time!) and Allison Ferris for always bringing a smile to the office and willing to help staff and agents.Until next month!
