November Brokerage Award Winners

Happy December! Tis the season for Christmas decor, festivities, and of course our monthly brokerage awards! This month we kicked off the holiday season with an ugly Christmas sweater brunch after our meeting featuring food, cocktails, and holiday music.

We have DOUBLE GRIT award winners this month going to Lucine Tarman and John Lionas! These two both closed 5 units each last month, and continue to close out the year strong. Keep crushing those goals! 

Our Big Wave winner was awarded to Sharon Khousakoun this month! Sharon has an infectious personality, works hard, and always offers to help out other agents. Keep up the good work!

Best in Class is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values, peer-nominated by fellow agents and staff. This month our winner is our Social Media Manager, Liz Johnson. Liz’s social media trainings have been super helpful to our agents and we appreciate the expertise she brings with her for our brand as well as our agents.

Nominated by our managing broker, Chris LeBlanc, the Broker’s Choice award is given to the agent who has gone above and beyond that month. This month, our winner goes to Ross Rossan III. Ross has closed 45 units this year 🤯 with 7 pending, and makes it look so easy. He’s also expanded his team here at DOBI, and always helps out other agents. 

Top Dog winner this month for the highest sales volume goes to …The Lipari Thomas team with 8 units closed and the highest sales volume for the month! Way to close out the year strong! 

Culture callouts this month were given to Marian Grout and John Lionas for their positive attitudes and Kristen Patterson for always helping out other agents. Staff culture callouts included Olivia Bevacqua working on tons of new graphics, Nick Moons (a.k.a. CVO) always keeping the vibes right in the office while assisting agents, and Chris LeBlac for always helping our agents.
