November Brokerage Award Winners December 8, 2022 By Happy DECEMBER! It is hard to believe that another year has passed but we are so thankful for everything that’s helped us grow as a brokerage, and as individuals over the last year. We kicked off the meeting with our lender, Jon Aucott, from Superior National Bank. Jon spoke on the importance of following up with past and potential clients. He noted how it can be as simple as a call or a card in the mail! Jon also touched on the fact that interest rates are much lower now and trending down. This can be a great talking point or conversation starter with your clients. Thanks to Jon for always providing useful information and insight to our agents! DOBI CEO, Simon Thomas, shared the importance of always maintaining our core values and never straying from them. The Real Estate business isn’t for everybody, but Simon saw the value in promoting quality over quantity, something most brokerages don’t do. Simon also shared that we have continued to grow in volume over the last year without gaining many new agents. He attributes this to the fact that DOBI pays attention to even the littlest of details. We connect with our agents and staff and make sure they are excited to come to work. It is a combination of all of us that make DOBI what it is! Pablo joined our team just a few months ago, but he has been the perfect addition and is always fantastic to work with! Our Broker’s Choice award is nominated to the agent that has made a difference that month and caught our broker’s eye. This month, this award goes to Angela Snedeker. Angela has been with DOBI since the very beginning and has made an incredible effort to be there for the other agents whenever needed. Our Grit Award winner, given to the agent with the most units sold, goes to Stu Daly. Last month, he closed on 3 units! Our Top Dog this month, for the individual with the highest sales volume goes to Lisa Lipari! Last month, he closed on 2 units with a total sales volume of 3.8 million. Our Top Dog winner for the group with the highest sales volume goes to The Rahaim Group. The Rahaim group closed on 5 units for a total sales volume of 3.7 million!
