October Brokerage Winners Celebrating our agent and staff's wins! November 4, 2021 By It’s that time again… time to celebrate our monthly brokerage award winners! The energy at this morning’s meeting was awesome. Our Grit Award winner this month goes to Brooke Azimi. This award is given to the individual agent who has closed the most units that month. This is not Brooke’s first time winning Grit this year, it is her FOURTH! Congratulations Brooke on a successful month, keep up the great work. Our Big Wave winner was awarded to Scott Pulus. You’ll always see Scott here in the office, working hard for his clients but also helping out other agents with a smile on his face. He is always bringing positive energy into the office! The Best in Class award is given to the DOBI staff member representing our core values and this month our Creative Content Manager, Dustin McLaughlin, has claimed this award! He’s done an incredible job bringing our brokerage and agent’s stories to life through his videos. He is always refining his craft, coming up with new ideas, and making sure our content is top notch! Go, Dustin! The Broker’s Choice award is given to the agent who has gone above and beyond that month, nominated by our managing broker, Chris LeBlanc. We have a first-time winner going to Andreea Moldovan! She has been working super hard for her clients and had nearly $2 million pending last month. The Top Dog winner this month for the highest sales volume goes to …The Joeright Group! This team shows us what it means to Boss Up and make deals happen with their clients. Culture callouts this month were given to Krystin Breitag, Joanna Rojas, and Ross Rossan for their hard work and positive attitude in the office.
