Talking Shop with Nick Seman

Nick Seman is an agent at DOBI with many specialties including residential real estate, leasing, and new construction properties. He took some time to catch us up on how he’s been since starting here in April of 2019, two years ago!

DOBI: Why did you choose DOBI?

Nick: DOBI has a unique work environment with an amazing broker and wonderful agents. The office design has such a great vibe to work in. DOBI is very welcoming and it’s nice to have everything that is needed at your disposal. The structure DOBI has put in place for us agents shows how much they care as a brokerage. The brokerage wants to see you hit your goals as well as celebrate your accomplishments. They want to see their agents succeed and it’s nice to have a broker that truly cares about their agents!

DOBI: Is there anything new you learned at DOBI that you have been able to apply to your work?

Nick: I was lucky enough to have a wonderful success coordinator named Kristen Patterson. She was able to teach me many different things especially prospecting for new clients. Right when I started at DOBI, I had great support from not just her, but all of the staff involved. They help us reach our goals and provide great training for agents that support our needs. They are also open to new ideas that will help us agents plan for future business and reach our goals!

DOBI: What is one quality about yourself that you think has made you successful as an agent?

Nick: I have always been a people person. I came from a business family that taught me how to treat your clients with the utmost respect and to make sure to go above and beyond always. We are in the business of helping people and the biggest factor of helping is great communication. I’m always available to help my clients, and they can count on me to deliver!

DOBI: What is your next goal? How are you on a path to succeed?

Nick: My next goal was to produce 10 million in volume this year. With the way that my business is going, I will be able to obtain that by the end of this year! I’m lucky to have such wonderful friends and family that want to see me succeed and that’s who I have to thank the most in my business. I appreciate the love and support, and I will continue to provide the best services for my clients.
